Creative Realty assesses the real estate needs of individuals and organizations – whether they are buying, selling, or leasing property – and refers them to a local agent who has the verifiable experience and expertise to meet those needs.  

Unaffiliated with a specific real estate agency, we work with dozens of local real estate agencies and hundreds of agents so that participants in our referral program are in no way limited with respect to the individual or agency they work with.
 

When individuals or organizations use our referral program to buy or sell real estate:

• 10% of the resulting commission is donated to one or more of the local nonprofits on our Nonprofits Page, elected by the individual or organization. 

 

• An additional 10% of the resulting commission is awarded to the individual or organization at closing – which can be used to match Creative Realty's donation to the elected nonprofit(s) or kept for the individual or organization's personal use and benefit. 

When landlords or tenants lease real estate using our referral program:

• 5% of the resulting commission is donated to one or more local non-profits of the individual or organization's choosing.

 

• An additional 5% of the resulting commission is awarded to the individual or organization at closing – which can be used to match Creative Realty's donation to the elected non-profit(s) or kept for the individual or organization's personal use and benefit. 

Please Note: The 5-10% awarded to individuals and organizations at closing is not tax exempt unless it is donated after receipt, and the elected non-profit(s) must be 501(c)3 certified.
